My availability is as shown on my calendar. Feel free to book a time!
My focus is on Python/Django applications. I have theoretical and practical knowledge of computer systems engineering, including but not limited to: operating systems, databases and database design, version control, programming languages for server and client-side development and computer systems architecture.
I have a great passion for solving problems and can help people with various programming languages, databases, information systems, software related projects.
Web developer with advanced experience working on large-scale Javascript apps. Specialized in rendering and DOM performance.

Engineering leader and hands-on CTO with 13+ years of experience building SaaS platforms and the engineering teams behind them. Author of React - The Road To Enterprise and Vue - The Road To Enterprise. Speaker at React Summit, React Advanced London, and Vue Amsterdam.
I'm currently contracting as Engineering Lead at Kaya AI, an AI-powered construction supply chain platform, where I lead 12 engineers and client-facing leads and own the product and client roadmaps. I made a core product that stalled on large data sets respond in under a second (key actions from 10+ seconds, data loading, search and filtering from ~15-20 seconds to ~1 second), cut data loading for non-English users from 30+ seconds to under one, and built a shared library of AI development workflows (spec review, multi-agent implementation and PR review, ticket creation) that 17 engineers adopted within two months, raising per-engineer delivery throughput by ~25%. I also shipped Amber Insights, an AI risk-analysis feature for clients, and designed an enterprise-grade, policy-based permissions system.
Before that I contracted as CTO for IQONICS in the energy sector. I built the engineering function from zero, consolidated three separate codebases into a single multi-tenant white-label platform (tenant-isolated data, custom domain routing, and an RBAC permissions system built from scratch), found and fixed SQL injection and path traversal vulnerabilities in production, moved PDF generation that blocked the whole server for 60+ seconds onto background workers, and halved feature delivery time with AI-assisted development.
I still work hands-on across the full stack, but what I bring beyond it is the ability to make hard architectural calls, turn business needs into a plan a team can deliver, and follow through on it in production.

“MY HERO!!!
Philip redefines "EXPERT". No one can come close to this guy. (No Joke.)
Call it a miracle. Devine Introvention. Or Destiny.
Within 15 minutes Philip fixed everything the 13 prior "experts" could not.
No way. 15 minutes? How could that be?
I Googled him --- "Track record spans Apple, PayPal, Medallia, Pipefy, and ArcTouch, where --- he helped revolutionize design systems, web accessibility, data visualization, and interactive experiences--.!!!
Wait. What?!!
Two Words for Philip:
THE MASTER.

How does personalized Responsive Design mentoring differ from traditional classroom learning?
Personalized Responsive Design mentoring through Codementor offers a unique and effective learning approach compared to traditional classroom learning, particularly in these key aspects:
Customized content: Personalized mentoring adapts the learning material and pace specifically to your needs and skill level. This means the sessions can focus on areas where you need the most help or interest, unlike classroom settings which follow a fixed curriculum for all students.
One-on-one attention: With personalized mentoring, you receive the undivided attention of the tutor. This allows for immediate feedback and detailed explanations, ensuring that no questions are left unanswered, and concepts are fully understood.
Flexible scheduling: Personalized mentoring is arranged around your schedule, providing the flexibility to learn at times that are most convenient for you. This is often not possible in traditional classroom settings, which operate on a fixed schedule.
Pace of learning: In personalized mentoring, the pace can be adjusted according to how quickly or slowly you grasp new concepts. This custom pacing can significantly enhance the learning experience, as opposed to a classroom environment where the pace is set and may not align with every student’s learning speed.
Practical, hands-on learning: Mentors can provide more practical, hands-on learning experiences tailored to real-world applications. This direct application of skills is often more limited in classroom settings due to the general nature of the curriculum and the number of students involved.
Personalized mentoring thus provides a more tailored, flexible, and intensive learning experience, making it ideal for those who seek a focused and practical approach to mastering Responsive Design.
