My startup experience is proven track record of working independently, but I also thrive as part of a team, with most recent example of being part of Deckard's distributed remote engineering team of 25+ people spread across the US and Australian timezones. Claude Code is part of my everyday workflow, and I am happy to consider myself a relatively-older senior developer who has successfully adapted to an AI-assisted/AI-first SDLC without compromising the quality of my work.
