Namics (the company where I worked) was responsible for the entire specification and implementation of the e-commerce platform based on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and SAP Hybris.
From a front-end technical leadership role, my responsibilities were: Managing and coordinating deliverables; documenting and specifying the work (wiki, technical specification); providing technical support during release phases (on-call support); developing and maintaining coding standards and style guides; onboarding new team members.
The project won the Gold “Swiss Digital Transformation Award” in 2017.
