At Sennder (a freight forwarding company), I worked with a team of 4 engineers to rebuild the Sennder marketplace (This was a Typescript + Vue + Django powered web app where truck drivers can view open delivery requests, bid for requests, as well as manage their upcoming/past requests). I implemented a plan to build the new version alongside the old version without any conflicts. I also came up with a rollout, release and monitoring plan to give us insight into how the new version is performing.
Some other interesting projects I worked on at Sennder were: implemented a new notification service to send high priority real-time push notifications to driver’s via Firebase Cloud Messaging, re-implemented the client app login flow to improve its structure, security and functionality, especially with regards to properly redirecting users to pages they were trying to access prior to logging in.

At Smarthost I worked with a team to build a drag and drop email builder (similar to Wix). Users could start off with predefined templates and customize it as needed by leveraging the rich UI widgets we implemented. The client app was built with ReactJs. Alongside this, I built a Node JS service to churn out responsive email templates from the configurations we compile on the client app.
I also implemented a JSON editor, building upon the react-ace editor library. This was used by our internal team to manage configurations per hotel.
