This standard message to provide some important information that will help us to conversate with more clarity about the offered services.
The scope of technologies we cover is based on the Microsoft cloud technologies, e.g. SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, MS Teams, etc.
The main services we provide are the following:
- Project based service: Solution Development & Technical Support Service
- Live Consultation: Mentoring sessions & Project Management sessions
Project service is provided through my company called ShareVolts, there is a team of developers that will be able to provide support via MS Teams, they maintain constant communication with the customer through the group chat and provide status reports of the work progress, also a detailed list of activities performed is included on each invoice.
I provide the Live Consultation service directly, unless we have to discuss some topic out of the scope I cover, on this scenario we would invite another consultant to help with such topic. I usually schedule recurrent sessions on a specific weekday and hour, for this reason new sessions need to be planned with anticipation.
The current hourly rate for our services using USD currency are as follows:
- Work not performed live (Support and Development) – 60 USD
- Live Consultation (Mentoring and Project Management) – 92 USD
Our billing is based on consumed hours (not milestones), we bill in 15 min fractions, minimum time to get started is 30 mins. Based on the customer needs, we can support other billing criteria taking man-hours as reference.
