Working for a small software development company, I have experience across a wide array of departments and roles including: Developer, Project Lead, Product Manager, Sales Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer. I built xTuple's REST API and used it for E-Commerce integrations for B2B and B2C websites. Integrated payment gateways such as Stripe and Authorize.net. Built Business Intelligence reporting dashboards. Implemented customer's ERP systems that cover Inventory Management, CRM, Sales and Accounting functionality. Created customizations to the ERP to meet customer project requirements. As the Site Reliability Engineer for several customers including xTuple's largest customer, I keep these customers happy by addressing their individual project requirements. This includes custom integrations with third party systems, streamlining workflows and implementing process improvements.

My time I XIKAR exposed me to all aspects of running a small business. I wore many hats and worked directly with the heads of all departments. As a one man IT department for a small luxury goods manufacturer with a degree in Industrial Design, I started out at XIKAR as a Product Design intern and worked my way up to CIO. I have worked extensively with Adobe products, SolidWorks and web design. I managed the product life cycle from initial concept sketches to 3D CAD models. I worked with manufacturers to create finished products. Existing products were redesigned to address manufacturing and reliability issues. I quickly transitioned from product development to IT as the company grew. I single-handedly implemented an ERP system for XIKAR and leveraged it to drive business operations. Working directly with the CEO to build accounting and PKI reports from the ERP data to guide the business. I put in place various processes and integrations such as a Third Party Warehouse integration with the ERP system, sales and reporting dashboards and managed all of XIKAR's technology infrastructure.
