At Ushahidi, I worked on a USSD Integration to enable users to submit reports cases via their mobile USSD, this enables interaction when reporting cases over using SMS. - Built the backend logic for USSD Microservice with Python, Flask, Redis, Ushahidi Platform APIv3. - Integrated user-inputted addresses geocoding as geospatial coordinates and USSD input validation. - Created a seamless flow of submitting reports to the Ushahidi Dashboard directly from USSD.
