Sujith Neelakandan

Sujith is a senior full-stack engineer with 9+ years of hands-on experience building production systems in Node and Python, with a strong recent focus on AI-powered platforms. He is currently shipping core features at an early-stage AI startup.

Few projects to highlight from his recent work:
* AI Sales Enablement Platform - Built major features for an AI-powered sales training product that creates personas, conducts simulated sales calls, and delivers visual and tonal feedback using LangChain, LangGraph, CopilotKit, LiveKit and Hedra for AI avatars in live meetings.

* reaction-commerce (open-source, 12K stars on GitHub) headless eCommerce platform - served as maintainer, contributed significantly to major features like order-fulfillment, search-filter, bootstrapping.

* Serverless Video-on-Demand Platform - Architected and deployed a full-stack VoD platform on a serverless AWS environment using SST (Infrastructure as Code), handled system design through to production deployment.

* Significant contribution to the core-library of a low-code SDK tool used in frontM.

Node.js, TypeScript, Python, LangChain/LangGraph, React, Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Docker, VectorDBs, RAGs, MCP, Agentic AI Tooling. Actively use AI tooling (Claude, Codex, GPT) in my day-to-day workflow for codebase analysis, initial planning, test generation, and refactoring.

Sujith has been working fully remote, collaborating with distributed async teams extensively in his career in eCommerce, AdTech, Analytics domains.
