Project 1: Development work on an open source blockchain project built on top of Quorum, NodeJS, Express & React. Work on test automation with Travis. Supporting project leadership. Project 2: Working on an Ionic mobile application MVP, setting code standards on the front-end, test automation, working closely with the client to deliver the best experience in the shortest amount of time.

I helped Headshed establish a remote work environment by introducing best practices withinproject management, CI, DevOps, test automation and development areas. I have gained moreexperience with practical applications of DDD and helped improve the technical side of theproduct.

I lead a small team of software developers to design and implement an integrated web & mobile application with hardware device support. My responsibilities were analysing requirements and modelling business domain, designing solution architecture, choosing frameworks and technologies, organising the workflow, providing documentation. Later in the project I acquired higher ownership over product development process and handling more managerial tasks as well. During this time I've setup a Continuous Integration process with QA, developed project-wise and company-wise standards for code and product quality, recruitment and managerial tasks, etc.
