Bravo! James helped me resolve an urgent technical issue I was having with my Power BI report. He was professional, friendly and very easy to talk to. He was extremely knowledgeable about the software and knew exactly what to do after i described the issue. He worked quickly and efficiently. James explained things in lay man's terms and made it very easy to understand what to do and why. His patient approach diffused my stress and the entire experience was pleasant and interesting. He took the time to break the issue down, provided comments in the code, walked me through the fix, and provided best some tips of what I can do to create better coding. He also took additional time to mentor me and provide resources I can go to not just for my personal projects but to help me in my career growth. I more than got my money's worth and James will be my mentor going forward.

James is beyond the best. He is able to explain things in a way that not only do you understand but you immediately start thinking along different paths on how to work through a problem. I was not just looking for an answer I was looking for a way to learn and apply and he did that in spades. 10/10 I will use James again when I run across any problems i need to think through!!
