Senior Software Developer with more than 10 years of work experience, strongly focused on backend and committed to best practices and clean architectures. Carlos learned to program early at the age of 12 and since then has deepened his knowledge in various technologies. During his first year in college he founded a Software Factory that later became Rooftop, a company whose mission is to identify, capture and empower technological talent in Latin America to export it to the world.
