I have spent most of my career as a Software Engineer and Cloud Architect. I am currently working as an SRE at Indeed on the Edge team which handles over 200B requests per month via Cloudflare and AWS. Previous to Indeed, I worked at Kount (acquired by Equifax) where I was a Cloud Architect for two different products to prevent payment and identity fraud requiring extremely fast and secure payment processing in AWS and Go. I have mentored dozens of software engineers in their career goals and coding problems.
Fun fact: I lived in Thailand for 2 years and am fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai.

Troy was really patient in working through code and understanding the thought process behind it. His experience with Golang also shows as we went over some best practices to help with debugging concurrency issues and general Golang tips.
