In the last 8 years I spearheaded strategic initiatives and led the development effort of automation and AI projects for the City of Ottawa, Global Dignity, AirBnB, Bridgehead, Invest Ottawa, Equal Voice, Starbucks, and others. In addition, I also led the design, development, and launch effort for the Canadian EDC's Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA) platform. The program accepted loan applications between April 2020 and June 2021 and provided more than $49 billion in funding to nearly 900,000 businesses. Our platform powered it. I led the team that designed and built it.

I work directly with founders, growth and product teams in the areas of design for happiness, GyShiDo, full stack Javascript engineering, mobile and web app development, serverless architectures, eCommerce, growth marketing, developer experience, culture, reinventing organizations, and more.

Manage marketing, automation, and inbound channel business, stack and technology. At Lyra, a SaaS company in the solar industry, I built and maintained the full marketing and growth stack, both digital and physical, including

• The design and implementation of 4 conferences a year, partnerships/affiliates programs
• Complete analytics stack (segment/google/amplitude)
• Google Ads channel (4.7% conversion)
• LinkedIn ads channel (7% conversion)
• Content marketing channel (blog/email)
• Built and managed the custom website (Gatsby/Prismic/Netlify), and a custom lead funnel engine using my automations, chat, crm, Close pipelines, and data driven lead forms that launched a new product line and grew the company into acquisition.
