Lead the work of other software engineers in the Team (.NET, React) My teams were responsible for different projects like: 1. Developing the refinancing product. Leading the team of 2 .NET backends and 1 React developer. 2. Separation of frontend and backend. Moving from .NET Framework (ASP.NET MVC) to .NET Framework backend and React frontend as the first step towards the separation of the old monolith into microservices. My responsibilities are: 1. Project timeframe estimation, monitoring the progress, and reporting to stakeholders on a weekly basis 2. Writing specifications and documentation 3. System design and database architecture 4. Decomposition of tasks 5. Making sure we can hit the deadlines and provide working products on time maintaining a healthy working environment in the team at the same time 6. Knowledge sharing, and developing the interviewing process. Helping the company to choose the most appropriate technology stack 7. I also participate in the projects as .NET Software Engineer and keep my hands dirty :) Tech stack: C#, .NET 6, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, React, NServiceBus, Microservices
