It all starts with HTML -- this is where I started with programming and still use HTML everyday. I use CSS to style HTML websites and React web apps.

I'm a self-taught programmer that started learning to program after spending 1.5 years recruiting CTOs for health care tech startups. Since then, I've built web applications for clients using Node.js/Express and React/Webpack/Redux.

I enjoy building web applications using React because of the component structure. Using React, it's easy to add, remove, and replace features organized into different components. It's currently my favorite Javascript library.

Node is the runtime environment I like to use to power my web applications. I like to use the Express framework to power a Node server and build RESTful APIs.
