Recommended graphql for some startups and started their transition to this new technology to solve several problems they were facing. I did the first probes of concept for them, first skeleton, the initial blueprint, and mentor their developers to understand how to adopt on the client side and continue extending the graphql server.

Trained, Coached and Mentored almost 100 teams on Agile + Scrum + XP. Very focused on how to reduce the learning curve and maximize value for the organization on the Agile adoption. Love going from coaching on technicals details on devops, architecture, technology selection and proof of concept to how to introduce the managers to Agile, to how to minimize time to market and maximize value delivery at the product and business and organization strategy levels. Worked with big corporations and lately worked with several startups.

After introducing Agile + Scrum from 2005 to 2009 to more than a decade of big organizations, perceived that most of them don't really were able to take Agile to the Strategic level and realize most of Agile benefits in terms of reduction of ideia to lauch of new products & new businesses, feel the need to start helping organizations to understand Agile and a set of other methods and tools in a coherent approach that i'm calling Pragmatic Management that helps startups & organizations to adopt a management approach that helps them continuously maximize value and minimize heat, and turn organizations responsive and customer driven.

Did most of my software development projects in C++, now I'm more into the javascript and new languages, but as most of my development experience was in C++ I can share the experience.
