At Bdeo, I work both as a Head of QA and also as technical development team lead, mostly focused in management and automation tasks in the side of QA and solutions architecture, development and technical infrastructure / architecture improvements on the development lead side.

As the reference QA in the company I was responsible of making sure all the quality standards were met, as well as organizing all the testing and SDLC monitoring processes. I was also responsible of the test automation suites of the company, mostly focused on improving infrastructure, architecture and solutions.

I joined Aplazame when the company had less than 10 people, now we are more than 100. I started from scratch an entire QA Department and become the Head of QA and QA Lead of the company, now we deliver our products with the best quality standards. Between my main duties there are: - Managing the Quality Assurance department. - Test Automation and Testing Architecture on a high technical level. - DevOps tasks as well as DevOps tooling such developing Slack bots or tools for managing releases. - Release management. - Technical reference on testing at all the levels ( from unit to E2E, including performance, security, accessibility and code reviews ) for the entire company.
