Amsterdam Area, Netherlands Designed and worked on several backend (Perl) projects, mostly internal facing. Extensive MySQL design and implementation, solving scalability issues and performance optimisations. Web-UI building and design using jQuery, Flot, Bootstrap for the user-facing parts of these applications. Design and implementation of a custom Chrome extension ("Banana Phone") for integration of our in-house call-center web-application and our Cisco telephony platform. Various integrations between the Cisco telephony platform and Workforce Management Tools and our main software stack (Perl, Java, MySQL, NICE, Teleopti) Design of the next iteration of business-metric-gathering framework (Perl, MySQL) for the internal and external facing contact-centers. Created and regularly gave training segment for the on-boarding of new IT'rs Since January '17 joined the mobile teams, focussing on iOS (Objective-C) work for our customer-facing iPhone and iPad app.
