Executed the roll-out which fulfilled the MVP targets. Have built and recruit local and distributed offshore teams created and managed daily development procedures culture. Was responsible for planning roadmap sprints that executed the product tasks. The dev team was combined by server, devops, QA and mobile teams. We created outstanding real-time and scalable architecture that was based on Vert.x, Spring-boot frameworks and no-sql technologies including Noe4j, Redis, Firebase and ElasticSearch.
