I have built lots of application on Rails ranging from simple todo app to large scale application used daily. I have also built lots of APIs with rails and I am familiar with most rails design pattern. You can check out my GitHub page to find out more about this projects, just such for rails as a tag.

I use vim and Tmux everyday and have a good VIMRC file. I also use various editors but like everything in life, they all have their use cases. I can comfortably navigate my way through vim without hiccups.

I know javascript and have built a simple quiz framework on it. I have also played with react and redux. I also use jQuery on a day to day basis. I have built a ticketing app with react(no redux or flux involved) and also done some react/redux/react-semantic-ui programming .

I really love postgres and have written postgres queries up to hundred lines. I am comfortable with database views, all sort of joins, subqueries, and the likes. I know how to full database from several tables and also spice them up using postgres inbulilt functions.

Since I am comfortable with Postgres, mysql is just pretty easy although, there are differences but they similarities are way more higher.
