Pretty much every project I've worked on has had some element of AWS. I've done everything from building basic websites on single servers, to large, autoscaling setups connected to a physical datacenter via VPN. I've also leveraged a number of their managed services including SNS, SES, SQS, ElasticTranscoder etc.
