Andrew Haley

I am a Software Architect / Senior Java Developer with extensive experience of developing and releasing software for consultancies, financial and government organisations. Extensive knowledge of software development life cycles, methodologies and design patterns, and service oriented architecture systems.I have excellent software design, documentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to liaise effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels. I have held both managerial positions and development roles, and is able to work independantly or as a team member. My ability to work with different personalities and adapt quickly to different situations are some of my greatest assets.I am passionate about the progression of the software engineering industry and its focus on best practice. I am extremely flexible, and have skills sets that span multiple technology stacks.
