As team leader PC Software, I am responsible for a small team of developers and a tester (sometimes expanded with consultants if needed) to create a management system for Traficon's video detection devices. On the backend, we are using Java technology (with all the usual suspects like Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat, Apache commons, Google Guava, ...). On the front-end, we have a Flex UI that runs in any browser or standalone using Adobe AIR technology. For this, we rely on fantastic Spring AS and as3commons libraries. I also help out on the broader Traficon perspective with company-wide implementation and administration of a bugtracker (JIRA), wiki (Confluence) and planning tool (LiquidPlanner).
