About a year ago I was contracted to head up a project that required knockout.js to be used. Since then I have fell in love with it and use it on any project I can get away with it.

I currently Manage 4 Production and 3 development Linux web servers and a few other VM servers ( Mostly Using KVM or XenServer)

I have been using git for about a year

A few years ago I was introduced to node.js when I was tinkering with a phone app and notice that cordova/phonegap utilizes node.js, Since then I have utilized node.js for what ever project I can get a way with it. ( I love having the same language be used on server and client side, Also not having to constantly query databases for persistance state is very nice )

It has been Years since I have written any site that does not use jquery, It is very easy to use, and I have even written a few jquery extentions

Most of what I write now days is in javascript, I try to make my server side scripts hand me json and everything else is done client side

For the first 8 years of my programming carrier php was the primary language I wrote in, Now days it is about 1/3 of the coding I do with JavaScript taking the lead. and PHP is mostly used to do database interactions and hand me json. But I am still very skilled and very experienced with php
