◼ Migration of On-Premises APIs to AWS: Manage transition to Cloud while ensuring technical oversight, deliverable quality, and production deployment of APIs serving as BFF for Disneyland Paris WEB / Mobile applications. ◼ Reengineering of batches & RUN management: Led a cross-functional team in modernizing outdated batches, migrating from Play framework / Java 8 to Spring Boot / Java 17, and from ES to DynamoDB. ◼ Price Calendar APIs: Solution design and implementation of price calendar APIs for the Marketing funnel of the new ticket/package platform of Disneyland Paris.

Java/JEE Technical Leader in a team consisting of 1 Architect - 3 Tech Leads – 15 to 20 Developers - 3 Scrum Masters – 5 to 8 Functional Experts – 5 Testers - 2 Project Managers and 1 Project Director. PROJECTS: o ADS: Implemented enhancements and revamp of "ADS" (Application for Urban Planning Law) for the Ministry of Territorial Cohesion. o GUNenv: Developed the GUNenv web application (Guichet Unique Numérique de l’environnement) which is a web application aimed at modernizing work tools and facilitating interactions with petitioners and reviewing services. This upcoming application replaces the specialized software used for inspecting classified installations (S3IC), adopting a lifecycle tracking approach for installations.

Mission in GIE AGORA – IT Center of MSA (Agricultural Social Security) PROJECTS: o DSN project: o Development an intranet platform for the “Nominal Social Declaration” project at the MSA (Mutualité sociale agricole) o File Storage application: Implementation of a transverse application allowing storage, archiving and consultation of files from various AGORA applications, via Web Services and MOM messages.
