Project ANT CRM

ANT CRM is a SaaS-based CRM and business automation platform that combines lead management, WhatsApp communication, workflow automation, AI-powered assistance, and document management into a unified system for small and medium-sized businesses.

• Architected and shipped a production RAG system enabling users to query CRM records, business documents, and knowledge bases via natural language — using vector embeddings, semantic retrieval, and LLM-powered response generation.

• Designed and integrated LLM tool-calling / function-calling pipelines, allowing the AI assistant to autonomously perform CRM actions (create leads, schedule appointments, trigger workflows) from conversational inputs.

• Built deep integration with the WhatsApp Business API, including template messaging, bulk campaigns, automated conversations, webhook processing, delivery tracking, and workflow-triggered notifications.

• Built asynchronous processing pipelines using Celery, Redis, and Rabbitmq for background jobs such as WhatsApp messaging, PDF generation, email delivery, workflow execution, and report generation.

Project: Pixis Ad Manager — AdRoom, Text-to-Image, Image-to-Video, UGC

• Built AdRoom — a centralized creative workspace enabling marketing teams to manage, preview, and publish AI-generated ad creatives across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google in a unified interface.

• Developed the Text-to-Image generation pipeline, integrating generative AI models to produce on brand ad visuals from natural language prompts, with brand-style configuration and batch rendering.

• Engineered the Image-to-Video feature, automating the transformation of static ad images into animated video creatives using AI-driven motion synthesis pipelines.

• Built UGC (User-Generated Content) tooling to ingest, curate, and repurpose real-world customer content as AI-enhanced ad assets.

This application is a CRM Web Application that facilitates appointment booking and client management. It helps to connect with your clients based on availability and includes features to manage the team's appointments.

- Worked as a Full Stack developer on this project for 6 months

- Built a feature to show slots based on availability & preferences, managing time zones, booking appointments

- Built a feature to sync the invite with Google calendar, Outlook that allows the user to manage appointments within teams

Built a robust backend system to enable seamless B2B booking for travel agencies. Connects with multiple inventories to facilitate flights, hotels and package booking management.

- Worked as a Backend developer for ~2 months and worked directly with the CTO

- Built the feature to manage inventory of hotels and flights

- Integrated with Elastic Search to get quicker search results

- Used Celery to manage tasks such as updating ES, email triggers asynchronously
