• Identified critical architectural flaws and future limitations in an ongoing (.NET to JS/Flutter REST) migration during onboarding, successfully advocating for a strategic pivot to a complete system redesign despite initial resistance.
• Spearheaded the architectural vision and technical leadership for the platform rewrite, selecting and implementing a modern, event-driven stack (Rust, Kafka, Microservices, WebSockets, Flutter, Reactive) optimized for scalability and planned features like chat and real-time data.
• Drove the adoption of professional UX/UI practices, successfully championing the need for dedicated design expertise and guiding the implementation of a vastly improved, user-centric interface based on Material Design principles across multiple design iterations.
• Led the development team through an intensive ~7-month rewrite, culminating in a successful platform launch that dramatically accelerated development velocity, enabling sub-hour critical bug fixes and rapid feature delivery exceeding initial requirements.
• Engineered a highly performant and resilient system, resulting in a user experience comparable to top-tier applications ("a bit slower than Instagram") and enabling efficient server-side resolution of client-specific issues.

Provided senior-level software architecture and development expertise as a consultant for clients in Norway and Sweden. Defined technical strategy, architected robust and scalable blueprints, and led end-to-end engineering of sophisticated full-stack solutions.

• Solution: I led a strategic refactoring to the Flutter Redux pattern for scalability and maintainability. Championed rigorous code quality standards and engineered a robust Spring (Java) backend, implementing disciplined dependency management (Gradle) for seamless full-stack performance.

• Challenge: Architect a specialized solution for road vendors, integrating material forecasting and expense planning.
• Solution: Led the modernization of the backend by migrating a Spring Java backend to Kotlin, enhancing maintainability and adding new API capabilities. I also engineered and executed critical SQL database optimizations using deep data modeling expertise to significantly enhance query performance. For the front end, I developed highly responsive and performant solutions using modern frameworks (React.js, Remix, Tailwind), focusing on optimizing user experience and interaction flows. I also translated complex business requirements into sophisticated SQL queries to extract data insights for strategic decisions.
