• Designed the overall system architecture (service boundaries, data flows, and integration patterns) and set the technical vision for the product.
• Built durable, error-resilient workflow orchestration (Inngest/Temporal-style patterns) to run multi-step agent processes reliably (retries, idempotency, failure handling).
• Built multiple internal web applications to control, validate, and operationalize AI agent outputs (admin tooling, workflow dashboards, review/correction surfaces).
• Implemented AI Caller and post-call automation workflows that enrich and update dynamic data in PostgreSQL and trigger downstream system updates.
• Integrated external vendor APIs (data/booking/communications) and owned API integration design, reliability, and monitoring.
• Worked hands-on across TypeScript + Python backend and search/data infrastructure (OpenSearch, PostgreSQL).
• Hired and interviewed engineers; led and mentored a team of 10 while staying hands-on in delivery.
