➔ Lead a small team of 5 developers, mentor them, review their codes on GitHub and ensure my team delivers the best code quality for our products on PHP. I introduced and coded pipelines for code quality checks using PHPCS for clean coding. ➔ Built and architected highly scalable new products for workflow management of task automations, subscription management, support systems for issue/tickets tracking etc. I integrated different APIs like Stripe, DocuSign, Tagmanager, Search Console, Calendly, Slack; and maintained all other different products using PHP, SvelteJS, Laravel, Joomla, Vue, etc adhering to SOLID, DDD and Clean Architecture Principles. ➔ Optimized page speed performance to support more than 3+ million products in 4-5 seconds. It used to take 18–20 seconds for the pages to load. I introduced and coded PostgreSQL drivers for their caching and indexing build systems. I am also responsible for all sorts of performance tuning on those systems. ➔ Designed and maintained 5+ websites using WordPress, Elementor, different plugins and themes, migrated data from old plugins to new ones, made heavy customization and also created new custom plugins from scratch as per needs. ➔ Developed and planned a pre-auth payment feature with a Stripe payment gateway, split invoice payment, license-based accessibility related features for our existing products using PHP and Joomla. I made sure features are flexible by using different design patterns and using dependency injections where needed. ➔ Built and developed automated testing of forms at frequent intervals using PlaywrightJS, AWS Lambda and integrated slack channels with it for testing results. ➔ Created funnels and data analysis reports on Google Analytics to make marketing and business decisions and also integrated them on our products directly and also connected through Google Tag Manager.

➔ Built and maintained TDD-driven Laravel, Dusk, PHPUnit, Vue, PHP, and Bootstrap-based products and converted their existing software into SAAS-based products adhering to DDD and SOLID. ➔ Migrated old Laravel projects from version 5 to their latest versions, integrated laravel-swap for currency conversion feature for existing fund portfolio management system in Laravel and PHP. ➔ Customized WYSIWYG editor to insert or delete dynamic link shortcodes of different profiles stored in the database and render them based on accessibility permissions to show links or simple text to users.

➔ Lead the backend team of developers, reviewed their codes, and built, designed, and developed highly scalable microservices using Lumen, Docker, Laravel, PHP, integrated WebSockets for real-time communications, Vonage API for SMS services and deployed and maintained them over GCP and AWS. ➔ Built a brand website with a custom theme using WordPress from scratch. ➔ Build technical handbooks, API documents using YAML in Open API V3, and visual diagrams of database schemas for our products.
