I am the coding projects manager and one of the lead developers at BreakDiving.org and its social media site BreakDiving.io, where we use Ruby on Rails, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Redis, Actioncable, and more. I am also an attorney, hold an MBA, a Masters of Entrepreneurship, and a PhD in psychology. To that end, I can most easily help those:
a) who need some basic or intermdiate help with the languages listed on my profile;
b) who are of an entrepreneurial nature, and are creating stand-alone projects and need help with the recruiting, interviewing, legalities, management, & deployment of such a project;
c) who are having difficulties with the psychological condition known as imposter syndrome; OR
d) someone just starting out who seeks some hands-on instruction and guidance with a step-by-step plan.
