I also help maintain any existing pages and templates by implementing any revisions or additions a client may have and giving them fresh ideas and concepts for web page layout and design. One thing my company preaches and it's something I have definitley become an advocate of is Growth Drive Design (GDD). People spend too much time perfecting their websites instead of putting it out there for the world to see! You would be amazed what a simple (but still beautifully designed) 15 page launch pad website can do. Once it's out there though the development doesnt stop. Then you continue to build out wish list items and adjusting your site based on user data.

It contains a nice slide affect upon scrolling, as well as a hover effect when the cursor is over a photo that links to a particular facebook album. Since the gallery is quite long, it also has a see more button to reveal the rest of photos. This all very nicely stacks and reorganizes itself for mobile viewing as well.
