Very professional and patient when it comes to scheduling a session. We both had a scheduling conflict on the same day. We reschedule three time in one day, but things come up on both end. Instead of being upset, he was happy to move to another date of my chosen. During the session he was able to quickly solve some logic problem within the program in a very short time. While figuring out the solutions he was explaining exactly what the issue was out loud so that I could follow along. Spent extra time with me off session to listen to my request on how I would like the program to use a supporting file once uploaded. When I asked about an alternative approach, he work with me through different scenario until he came up with one that I felt comfortable with.

Fernando was helpful and knowledgeable as usual. Come up with solutions to create method/functions to code a work around complex problems. Even spent extra time off sessions to review the code with me and checking if any requirements were miss.

Fernando was very flexible and reliable. I was about an hour late because I forgot my time change and his location does not have daylight saving. Instead of sending a message to reschedule, he waited an hour for me to show up the appointed time after the time shift. I appreciated Fernando support and commitment. He quickly help me with my code and we were done within an hour. Communication was clear and not rush during the session.

Fernanado was very thorough and helpful during a second meet up on a project that we did not have time to finish during our last session. He did some research on his own time before our schedule meet to get a better understanding of each requirements on multiple algorithms in order to explain his solution in greater detail and ensuring the program would run more proficient. He even spent probably another 20 minutes after the session answering any question I wasn't sure of and making sure the program actually work on my end.

Great mentor. Make the assignment look simple and did not take long understanding and coding the require algorithm. Communication and explanations were clear. He speak his thoughts during the session and made the debugging process understandable.

Another satisfying experience with Fernando. He shows a great deal of educational professionalism by quickly getting himself to familiarize my requirement in my project. It was great to hear him voice what he was thinking as he thought out how to code the algorithm and work to build the solution. Had a pleasant time working with him again.
