Key projects:

• Developed a Self-hosted RAG solution for threat intelligence platform. Demo link. Architecture involved several worker processes that pull reports (IoCs) from source, vectorizes IoCs for semantic search, periodically clustering similar IoCs into campaigns/attack patterns, generates summaries using local LLM for new IoCs.
• Developed a self-hosted RAG chatbot that ingests documentation PDFs/texts into Qdrant, using PydanticAI agents with Ollama (llama3.2:1b + nomic-embed-text) for fast semantic search and streaming chat responses.
• Built an event-driven OCR service that converts PDFs/images into searchable PDFs. Enhanced a synchronous service into a mix of Celery chords, distributed workers, PaddleOCR, file-level orchestration resulting in a scalable service.
• Developed a comprehensive security analysis GitHub Workflow scanning for secrets, security vulnerabilities in code, container images, dependencies, IaC etc. even scanning for licenses and compliances. Resulted in enforcing security best practices and identifying issues early.
• Built a self-hosted AI document pipeline using Python, PaddleOCR, and Ollama. Integrated with Paperless-NGX to auto-classify documents using local OCR and LLMs — resulting in improved OCR and AI capabilities of Paperless-NGX.
• Implemented secure context aware Django RESTful solution resulting in 100% automation of processes requiring human intervention.
• Designed and implemented a full stack solution to render FloorPlans. App presented key metrics: walls, roofs, equipment etc. with specifications. Stack: Django REST Framework and Angular.
• Re-engineered an ETL process using Django serializers to extract, transform, load data and validate data from/to complex heterogeneous sources

• Developing a Self-hosted threat intelligence platform that vectorizes IOCs (IP, domains, hashes) from analysis reports for semantic search and clustering similar observables into campaigns/attack patterns.
• Developed a self-hosted RAG chatbot that ingests documentation PDFs/texts into Qdrant, using PydanticAI agents with Ollama (llama3.2:1b + nomic-embed-text) for fast semantic search and streaming chat responses.
• Helped upgrade BuffaLogs, a web based security tool from Django 5.2.X to 6.0 - fixing old migrations was a challenge. Engineered a dev container configuration to provide developers with a consistent environment, including debugging, linting, and formatting.
• Built an event-driven OCR service that converts PDFs/images into searchable PDFs. Enhanced a synchronous service into a fun mix of Celery chords, distributed workers, PaddleOCR quirks, file-level orchestration, and lots of debugging I didn’t expect.
