Go is my favourite language so far. It's easy to grasp but challenging to master. It's a great fit for building your services or doing some system programming. I was working with the language since 1.9 release.

I have an experience of building a networking software and a large desktop application in C++. This language is a great tool but comes with a big set of gotchas. I was writing C++ code for 5 years in the team of > 150 development and leading an architecture decision to affect 5M line of codes application.

Serverless is a state of the software art right now. This is your choice if you want to build your software fast and do not worry about the servers. I'm building a serverless solution for last 3 years.

CI/CD is the corner-stone of the modern development if you can not ship your application in the automate manner - it will be hard. I have an experience to build an automation pipelines to build and deploy web services as well as desktop applications.
