Engineering on the decentralized ISP operating stack at DAWN Internet, a spin-off of Andrena, spanning customer dashboard, shared UI, Deployer OSS/BSS, APIs, workers and headless commerce.

Built and shipped customer-facing features on dashboard.dawninternet.com, including login via Extension API, account recovery and referrals & rewards UX wired to API-backed earnings and time-series charts.

Designed API endpoints and SQL aggregations powering pings visualizations end-to-end across API and dashboard.

Implemented epoch-aware reward logic and validator-side fixes/tests to keep reward points and time-series charts accurate across weekly intervals.

Built the storefront from scratch on Shopify Hydrogen (React) hosted on Oxygen, using the Storefront API (GraphQL) for catalog, cart and checkout - owning app structure, data fetching and integration patterns.

Delivered coupon, referral and reward features across storefront and dashboard, including operator-configurable percent or dollar discounts for both referrer and referral on the Beta operator stack.

Hardened OpenWiFi/Nautobot provisioning with validation, logging, retries and incident fixes, increasing provisioning reliability.

Executed email delivery transition from Andrena SendGrid to DAWN SendGrid for Beta communications continuity.

Led modernization of the andrena.com platform, delivering architectural changes across billing, onboarding, and provisioning.

Implemented admin and customer two-factor authentication aligned with SOC2 readiness.

Migrated CI/CD from GitLab to GitHub Actions while upgrading Django, Stripe and Nautobot integrations.

Automated Stripe billing flows, SMS notifications and appointment reminders to reduce manual operations.

Designed building/unit data models and migration tooling enabling new provisioning workflows.

Delivered property manager invite and promo reward capabilities that improved sales and retention programs.
