Having been such an early adopter of the Appcelerator Titanium platform and being a generous community supporter in many ways I am able to assist in ways to move a project along that has stalled or hit a problem that needs more than a simple answer. I can help with writing JIRA tickets to get features included or bugs resolved. Knowing so many of the elite community members I can direct specific needs to the most suitable parties to assist. I can provide information and advice on an app design, an idea or direction of a project. Provide insight into if an app might have issues in the app review process. Suggest improvements on pre-existing apps that need a boost. Give tips on gaining marketing spikes to assist in increasing downloads (I do not promise top anything, I assist with real detail not false promises).

Titanium is more than just a development tool in the same way as clay is not just a material to sculptor. There is much more to making an app than writing a bit of code and compiling it. Taking Titanium as a whole to include the parts a real developer needs to know including; how to plan your app design, the user interface and user experience goals. To working out the best ways to submit your app to how the marketing material, graphic formats, video material, promotional benefits and measures against time constraints.

Alloy is a relatively new addition to Appcelerator Titanium, but I was there from the start. I am smart enough to understand Alloy itself is not a solution to all problems or the ideal way to fix app issues. I am equally smart enough to know that the basis is a MVC so when used with skill and planning a good app can benefit immensely. Making the most out of Alloy is a goal, many simply create an app using Alloy but never really digging deep enough to leverage the real power of what is available or the improvements that can be made in product life-cycles and planning.

I was one of the early pioneers of Titanium, a developer of the platform long before they hit version 1.0. Moulding the benefits of JavaScript with the APIs of Titanium and working with each subsequent version of the API right up until now on internal projects and those of our clients be they big (sometimes very big) or small. A problem solver by nature I find enjoyment in working out how to gain the best from each available feature. Having lived smart phones from the early days when they did a lot to the modern versions that do so much more and now exceed the confines of the devices themselves.

Initially a JavaScript user with front end web sites, then used with server side scripting with MS web servers. These days I use JavaScript everywhere from front end web sites, to Admin and CMS. All Mobile app development is written in JS, home grown scripting tools use JS, industry standards like NodeJS, PhantomJS are just two or the "I use it everywhere" pre-rolled locations. A very early adopter of CommonJS and performance tuning techniques. Whilst so many APIs use JS as the language of choice I still aim to make the most of the core code as it can often leverage so much power.

I've done development for the past 14 years and have owned an agency for 12 of those years. Although Malcolm's rate seems steep, he's my favorite mentor here and worth every penny. He's my first choice regardless of budget. I'd rather pay high to get good advice than waste money and get nothing. =)

Malcolm is extremely knowledgable. Quite frankly, I didn't want to spent the money, but I've been in this industry for 15 years, and Malcolm was beyond worth the money to get the help. He'll be my go-to guy for future needs.
