At Booking.com I built partner-facing UI apps for hotel owners from scratch (TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Ran A/B tests on new features to validate UX changes and optimize for conversion and usability. Focused on making complex hotel management workflows intuitive for non-technical users.
At NickAI (backed by Galaxy), worked on improving platform discovery for AI Agents, Web MCP, MCP, SEO & GEO using Google Search Console marketing. Also, built the agent orchestration layer turning natural-language intent into executable trading workflows (similar to N8N) with Temporal. Integrated six exchange APIs (Coinbase, Hyperliquid, Bybit, Alpaca, OKX, Polymarket) in TypeScript/Node. Shipped multi-tenant enterprise workspaces in Next.js with RBAC and owned Stripe billing; platform reached 1,500+ users upon launch.
For Upwork I built candidate-job matching system to work globally for 1.3 million users, prepared spike for launch and owned on-call. Built MCP to allow ChatGPT/Claude integrations with the platform.
At Clipboard Health (Healthcare startup, YC backed, Sequoia Capital backed, $1.3 billion valuation) I build system for matchcing tens of thousands of healthcare professionals with over a thousand healthcare facilities. It's a marketplace app matching healthcare workers with nearby facility shifts.
At Meta, UK I shipped SDLC React/HTTP API app that processed 4m+ requests per day. Used by 12+ teams including CTO. At Booking.com I created microservices for discount and reward products applied to hotel reservation pages, serving 150 million requests per month and products for hotel owners - increasing ~12% yoy of number of bookings.
AI startups burn seed rounds shipping prototypes that don't survive real users, real payments, real scale. I built it so that it does, thinking ahead cost optimization, caching layer on AI tokens, infrastructure that scales with unpredictable AI load and engineering work that survives if I leave the company. At NickAI, I rebuilt Stripe billing system that brought ~40% growth in paid subscription adoption.

- Built the agent orchestration layer that turns natural-language intent into executable trading workflows - multi-step tool calling across the node engine, bounded agent loops with retries, durable long-running execution on Temporal, and structured output validated against the workflow schema.
- Built and maintained TypeScript/Node integrations with six exchange and market-data APIs (Coinbase, Hyperliquid, Bybit, Alpaca, OKX, Polymarket) behind a shared adapter interface.
- Led canonical symbol standardization across PostgreSQL/Prisma - per-exchange adapters, PYTH as single price source - via a backward-compatible migration with zero breaking changes on a 20+ GB production database.
- Shipped multi-tenant enterprise workspaces in Next.js (App Router) with role-based access control and invitation flows, onboarding institutional clients including Galaxy Digital.
- Owned Stripe billing end to end - card-free trials, in-place trial-to-paid upgrades, promo codes - and instrumented the funnel in PostHog; platform reached 1,500+ users with 20+ on paid plans.
