I have been working full time since 2011 as a software engineer mostly focused on Web.

I am an entrepreneurial mindset tech lead/em/software engineer with 10+ years of experience in software engineering industry. My career builds upon passion for identifying and providing solutions to customer pain points as well as providing better solutions through innovative software products.

My first engineering experience dates back to my university years when I first understood the idea/importance of software OOP and design, performance, being mentored by right people and sharing knowledge.

The next chapter in my career brings years of experience of working in/leading diverse teams, mentoring entry to mid level software engineers, interviewing & hiring, operational and software pipeline automation, dog-fooding and continuously measuring, setting bars high for a team and for software products via smart metrics while keeping respectful environment.
