I've spent 16 years building WordPress platforms and frontends, from agency work to enterprise-scale projects. Right now I manage a high-traffic WordPress Multisite serving 500,000 daily visits for a major US nonprofit — handling everything from custom Gutenberg blocks built with React and PHP to plugin audits, accessibility testing, and Pantheon deployments.
Before that, I co-founded TOK Digital Agency in Tirana and ran its web development for 8 years. I grew the team to 10 developers, hired and trained around 50 over the years, and led projects for Albania's biggest enterprise clients including Raiffeisen, Telekom, Spar, and BMW.
WordPress and frontend aren't separate skills for me. I build custom themes from Figma to pixel-perfect code, migrate sites off page builders to native Gutenberg, and have built full React/Next.js dashboards — including one for a music platform integrating TikTok, ClickHouse, and Power BI APIs.
