I led the deployment of OpenReplay, an open-source session replay tool, by setting up a new Kubernetes cluster using Terraform and integrating it with AWS services like EKS, RDS, and MSK. I contributed to the OpenReplay Helm chart repository by enhancing existing functionality, introducing secret management for secure configurations, and extending over 23 sub-Helm charts for modularity. To achieve seamless deployment and manage updates, I used ArgoCD for GitOps workflows, customizing application values to meet organizational requirements. My work ensured the efficient scaling of OpenReplay while maintaining strict security standards and optimizing resource utilization. This deployment supports real-time monitoring, enabling the organization to better analyze user behavior and improve system performance.

I led the global payroll infrastructure transformation, migrating 43 payroll servers across multiple countries to AWS. Using Terraform, I modularized the infrastructure, enabling seamless replication of configurations for various regions while maintaining flexibility. The setup included VPCs, subnets, security groups, and SSM for secure patch management. To enhance security, I implemented CrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint protection and applied Windows hardening practices using CIS benchmarks. AWS Workspaces were integrated for secure remote access, and an end-to-end monitoring solution with CloudWatch and S3 ensured real-time visibility and audit readiness. This project reduced operational costs by 40%, achieved 99.99% system availability, and cut deployment times from two hours to 15 minutes. It was a pivotal step in streamlining payroll operations while adhering to high standards of performance and security.
