- Ensured that WordPress websites for all of CC’s major programs were kept operational, bug-free, and up to date. - Transformed staff needs into new designs and features (both backend and frontend) - Unified WordPress development across CC projects by creating a parent WordPress Base theme using CC’s design system and child themes for each site - Automated the governance of CC’s complex Global Network member system - Grew the open source community on CC’s projects by reviewing pull requests, participating in open discussions and planning meetings, and guiding newcomers. - Mentored 4 interns via programs such as Google Summer of Code and Outreachy, guiding them through successful completion of three month projects. - Helped architect and maintain Vocabulary, CC’s design library.
