I am a Full Stack Web Wizard with experience in a wide range of technologies. Over the last couple of years, I've been involved in projects for various clients like the European Commission, NSHQ (NATO), Adobe, AS Adventure Group, NS (Dutch railways), Proximus and Mediagenix.
Through We Are Orange, organizations are provided with technological answers to complex issues. In doing so, we never lose sight of the goal of the client.
Meanwhile, I've developed my own product: Pedrillo. It’s a SASS solution for music orchestra’s to manage their musicians, events, library, etc.
In my free time, I play the double bass and drums or cross the forest on my mountain bike. I like spending time with my wife and two kids or meeting friends for a chat, game or drink.
When I still have some time left, I mainly spend it behind my computer to fulfill my hunger for the latest trends in IT.

I've been a CFML developer since the beginning of my career and I've working with Adobe ColdFusion, Railo as well as Lucee. The projects I've been involved with were for government (European Commission, NATO NSHQ), enterprise (Verizon, AS Adventure group) and non-profit (Stichting Opvoeden).
I've been teaching and mentoring CFML at the United Arab Emirates Academy, the European Commission as well as the Erasmus Hospital in Brussels and other organisations. And I'm one of the authors of the "Learn CF in a week" course (http://www.learncfinaweek.com).
Over the last couple of years I've been a speaker on CFML related topics at various conferences in both Europe as well as the US.

I've implemented Mura CMS at various large organisations (European Commission, NATO NSHQ, Stichting Opvoeden) and developed a lot of small websites using the CMS.
I know my way around the functionality from simple to complex visualisations of content.
I've developed a couple of open source plugins and made some (smaller) contributions to the code. I've spoken various times a MuraCon, both in Europe as well as in the US.
