At Mobilogy we create software that allows our customers to provide the best in-store experience when it comes to cell-phones operations. We allow rapid content transfer no matter which phones the customer brings in. We also provide tools for finding problems on the devices with very precise diagnostics. I'm responsible for the technical aspect of the whole product suite. o Provide guidance to developers o Code Review of Pull Request o Maintain and improve CICD o Give support to main customers (Apple, AT&T, Best Buy, Us Cellular, Vodafone, Orange) o Decide new technologies for new features

I collaborate with cross-functional teams to design Azure cloud service architecture, includingnew feature development to support CRM Online, migration of private to cloud features, andnew feature development.

As director, I was responsible for the following: ● Develop the Software & IT business in South America ● Build long lasting and strong relationships with customer and suppliers ● Ensure projects quality and delivery ● Business plan & sales strategy elaboration I spent almost a year working as a Business Program Manager, where I developed new business on existing customers and helped the company to engage and get new customers. As such, I have the awareness on how product and business affect each other.
