I have been working in the industry for over 10 years working in startups through to large organisations. There are 2 things I am very passionate about; people and programming. Being able to program with others is what I do each day and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Currently, I am the CTO & cofounder of a technology company, and advisor to companies and I mentor engineers from various levels from interns to seniors.
Code reviews and pair programming is the best way to share and learn from each other. These discussions are always valuable to all parties and I am always keen to discuss code.
