The excel dashboard pulls data from different shipping company files. Each file is built differently and the names of the destinations vary. The user needs to replace the weekly files in a fixed location and press a button in the dashboard. After pressing all the relevant data is pulled from the files. Data is cleaned and names are aligned. Pivot tables and charts are built based on the users request to quickly see results and KPIs.

I built an excel based KPIs file. The file pulls data from many excel files - inventory , past sales, future forecasts, item database etc...
I built an excel based KPIs file. The file pulls data from many excel files - inventory , past sales, future forecasts, item database etc. The file aggregates all the data and creates pre determined KPIs using pivot charts. The excel is connected to a power point master file. Each month the excel is updated and by clicking update the power point is updated as well. Almost 50 slides are updated automatically.
