• Created team strategies and established project scopes of work; communicated project deliverable timeframes and benchmarks with the chief product officer ensuring transparency with management.
• Co‐developed and managed all Alerzo marketing sites for all products, greatly enhancing their digital footprint while ensuring great SEO ranking. This includes Alerzo main marketing site, Alerzoshop, Veedez, Alerzopay.
