Successfully re-engineer multiple systems that constantly fueled improvements to productivity, efficiency, uptime and accuracy for First Bank global business operations such as building web API for billers and transactional wallet integration for Firstbank African subsidiaries (Project name: SenegalWarri, MobiFin and Hubtel); Perform and actively participate in the design, testing and deployment of several client/server, multitier applications such as the automated client app created for generating encryption key against HSM server for Firstbank African subsidiaries (Project name: MobiFinClient). Also carry out test/QA plans for all solutions designed to ensure sustainability and effectiveness of solutions; Review and update procedures for requirements gathering, needs analysis, testing, scripting and documentation to strengthen quality and functionality of business-critical applications; Ensure compliance of team members with all change management, SDLC and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the support of existing functionality, requested changes, projects, and in the development of new functionalities. Built and deployed AlertProfiler portal and GHIPPS services

Performed and the design, development and implementation of creative and innovative software applications and systems such as UBA Bank verification application. (Project: Bank Verification Number Project Suit); UBA consumer complaint management system (Project: CCMSUpdater); UBA Group Response (GRP) app (Project: GRP (Group Response Portal), etc; Maintained and enhanced existing software applications such as the rebuilt Bank Administrative application which existed in ColdFusion (Project: U360). Also carried out building of new platforms such as WepAPI back end for UBA chat banking (Project: Internet Banking/LEO Self-service WebApi); Integrated United Capital (UBA subsidiary) products and trading platform. (Project: UnitedCapital); and UBA consumer complaint management system (Project: CCMSUpdater); Supported and maintained databases for applications; ran routine reports to provide management information on necessary metrics and provide suggestions for improvement of systems and processes to enhance user’s value.

Managed the installation and support for commercial and custom applications; such as development of a web portal for vehicle license management (Project: Eproof); and built Informal export management portal (Project: InformalExport). Also, installed routine updates and troubleshoot issues to sustain work flow; Identified and managed the resources necessary for all stages (planning, design estimation, execution) of systems development projects to ensure technical, financial and quality targets are met; Successfully analyzed and integrated some third APIs in enterprise applications. And also analyzed and implemented several enhancement requirements for productive ATM applications (Project: Card Issuance ATM App).
