As a Full-Stack Developer at Perfected Claims, I design, build, and maintain the core technology that powers our mass-tort and claims-management operations. My work spans custom FileMaker Pro development, backend services in Node.js and Python, and multiple internal and external system integrations that support high-volume data processing and complex legal workflows.
I architect and maintain advanced FileMaker modules for claim intake, evidence tracking, document automation, user workflows, and multi-stage review pipelines. This includes building scalable scripts, JSON-driven logic, SQL queries, and automated workflows that optimize the way legal teams manage thousands of cases across different torts.
To extend FileMaker beyond its native capabilities, I develop API-driven microservices and serverless functions in Node.js and Python. These services handle tasks such as document ingestion, data validation, SharePoint and cloud-storage uploads, automated classification, scheduled sync jobs, and integrations with external providers. I manage secure application authentication, certificate handling, and Linux-based FileMaker Server operations to ensure reliability and compliance.
My role also involves designing end-to-end integrations between FileMaker, Google Workspace, REST APIs, and internal dashboards. I build tools that automate evidence processing, link cases with documents stored in SharePoint, sync case metadata, and streamline workflows for paralegals, processors, and management teams. I collaborate closely with leadership to translate operational needs into stable, efficient, and scalable software solutions.
Overall, I help evolve Perfected Claims’ technical infrastructure into a modern, integrated platform—reducing manual work, improving data continuity, and enabling the company to manage mass-tort cases with speed, consistency, and accuracy.

- It handles customer registration, internal communications (email, SMS, and calls), appointments, invoicing, payments, stock control, supplier lines, support, and every aspect of the operation.
- It reports the system status and has automation to notify the employees responsible for the task when something needs to be taken care of.

• Customer Service Portal
- Customer Portal to get information about service orders for the devices that are being repaired in the store.
- The customer can follow up on the diagnostic of their device, authorize services and pay for their items directly on the web app (integrated with Stripe API for online payments).
- Started as a PHP project with vanilla HTML, CSS, and Javascript and migrated in 2021 to React and Next.js.
