Very quick to dig in and help out. Quick to respond and patiently waited while I set up the screen sharing program and figured out the system of sessions and chatting. I was unaware that I could and should set up chat audio so we communicated through text. Still Chih-Wei Chang was very helpful and I look forward to asking for help from him again.
