I have always been fascinated with mobile apps and their ability to deliver powerful experiences to a user in such a small package. I consider myself a mobile application enthusiast and more specifically, an Apple fanboy. I have built everything from social applications to fitness apps and have loved every minute of it. Within the iOS ecosystem alone, I have written applications that include API Communication, Apple Pay, In App Purchases, Flexible user interfaces, Localization, Local Storage, Keychain Encryption, and so much more. My favorite thing about building mobile applications is writing custom frameworks that cater to the current and future needs of the project. I like to componentize everything within the framework so that everything is highly portable and easily reusable. Due to the nature of the work that I've done (lots of startups), my code had to be written this way so that I could quickly bootstrap new projects and not worry about all the prep work and boilerplate involved. I get excited about sharing these ideas with other developers.
