Bura Chuhadar

Bura Chuhadar is a seasoned Software Development Manager and hands-on tech leader based in the Washington DC–Baltimore area, with over 14 years of experience architecting and delivering large-scale enterprise software. At the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, he rose from Senior Developer to Software Development Manager, leading cross-functional teams to modernize microservices-based financial platforms processing millions of daily transactions using AWS, Kubernetes, and TypeScript.

As Engineering Manager at Docker, he oversaw a team building enterprise Docker Hub features—Domain Audit, Bulk User Invite, Registry Access Management—leveraging Golang, ReactJS, Electron, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

At Oracle, he managed two 15-member teams on a SaaS platform handling 40 billion transactions per day, developed a patented bulk email tracking solution (US Patent 10,938,770), and delivered high-impact integrations like SMS messaging and Shopify under tight deadlines.

Earlier, Bura contributed as a Software Engineer at Medallia and as a Senior Software Engineer on Oracle Marketing Cloud’s back end, optimizing services at 15 billion transactions per day. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science (Machine Learning) from Georgia Tech and a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Mathematics & Computer Science from Istanbul Culture University.
